Central Illinois businessman Mike Hundman founded Core 3 Property Management in Bloomington, Illinois in 2010. Prior to that he owned and operated Hundman Lumber for nearly 40 years. Hundman Lumber included seven stores in central Illinois, as well as wholesale divisions providing millwork, countertops, trusses and wall systems. Over his business career, Mike has been an investor and managing partner in numerous real estate, construction and development projects, including apartments, subdivisions, commercial buildings, hotels and single-family homes.
